OKIANI PILATES STUDIO

Covid-19 has impacted us all but we are back with a vengeance.  We offer a number of class options.  We have mat classes available at Camden Park Community Centre on Wednesdays.  we have the option of attending boutique studio classes at Seacliff Park.  We can offer modes of delivery online and are available for contracting to Corporate Clients.  We will also be opening up further Mat classes at Seacliff Park in the near future.   Okiani Pilates also offers a range of Props to enhance your pilates workouts.

Welcome to Okiani Pilates Studio.  Katie Hazell is the owner of this Studio and the main instructor.  Katie has a Diploma in Pilates and has been instructing in Pilates for over 15  years.  At Okiani Pilates we instruct a wide and diverse range of clients from beginners to advanced levels and of all different ages.  This includes sport specific classes from Muay Thai fighters to competitive divers to preventative programs for workplace injury for Radiographers and Sonographers.  We have classes instructing primary Age clients all the way up to classes where the average age is 70!  PILATES IS FOR EVERYONE!!!!
